WELCOME TO PRE-K!
My name is Mrs. Kathleen Chapman. I have been teaching at St. Mark for 32 years. I have taught First Grade and Kindergarten for many years. I am very excited to be teaching Pre-K. I attended Queen of the Universe Grade School, Bishop Conwell High School, and Holy Family University. I cherish my Vocation as a Catholic School Teacher. I have been married to my wonderful high school sweetheart, John for 36 years. We have 3 awesome children, Megan, Jay, and Christopher. We are the proud grandparents to Kerrigan, Jack, Briley and Abigail. I love to read, cook, and to spend time at the beach with family and friends. We have a sweet mutt named Buddy.

Please practice medial short vowel words and allow your child to practice reading their readables to you.
Please read one book every day.
Please practice writing names.
Please review initial consonant sounds.
Continue to work on pencil gripping and writing names.
Pre-K Rules ( made by the students)
1.) No yelling. Use inside voices.
2.) Keep your hands to yourself.
3.) No running in the hallway.
4.) Be nice to your friends.
5.) Make sure you clean up!
6.) Pray
7.) Have Fun!!!!!!
