"My husband and I always knew we wanted our children to attend Catholic School. After our family moved to Bristol, we visited St. Mark Church for mass one Sunday and immediately felt welcomed into the parish. We felt at home there. The school was no exception and we signed our oldest son, Milton, up for kindergarten shortly thereafter. Our youngest son, Jarrod, followed five years later. I often find it odd when parents tell me that their children do not want to go to school or complain about school. Neither one of my children was ever unhappy about going to school and always came home happy. We also loved how this was the type of place where the students all knew one another. Milton graduated in 2009 and is currently a senior at Holy Ghost Preparatory School. Jarrod will graduate from eighth grade in 2014. Both of them have been fortunate enough to be successful academically during their time at St. Mark's and beyond. I attribute that success to the loving and caring environment at St. Mark. The religious instruction, individual attention, hands on learning, attentive teachers, and overall sense of community are the reasons I would continue to recommend St. Mark School to any parent."

"We wanted to send our Child to a school where she would be free to talk about God and to learn the Virtues of Goodness in a Religious Environment. We looked at and attended Open Houses at 4 different Religious Schools. In the end, we decided to send our Daughter to St. Mark Catholic School. We chose St. Mark's because of what we sensed from the Children, Parents, and Faculty on our visits. We felt that St. Mark would be the perfect School for our Daughter…a School that provided an environment where she could achieve and be successful academically and where she would make life-long friends. We have been pleased with the excellence around the Catholic Education and have been surprised with the outstanding reputation with regard to Art and Music that St. Mark School provides to our Children. Our Daughter started at St. Mark School in Kindergarten and is now in 6th grade. We have not been disappointed with our decision."

"Our eldest child Sammy was enrolled in another school which didn't exactly suit our child. My sister and her family as well friends of ours had their children enrolled in St. Mark's and said check it out. From the moment we stepped in the "school by the Old Delaware" we knew it was a perfect fit. The halls were filled with children with smiles on their faces greeting us with a "Good morning God Bless You"! This was and is a school which embraces all what is good about Catholic school that manners and discipline finish off a well-rounded education that is tied together by the threads of faith and spirituality. We couldn't have been happier, and now we have three more children coming through the hallowed halls of good old St. Mark!"

"I chose St Mark School for several reasons: class size was important to us, being a smaller school my children had more one on one teacher time. The teachers were caring and involved not only in the classroom but also with the home and school activities. I wanted my children to have a catholic education."
